Final drive is changeable in minutes with a quick-change gear set. With this configuration the truck cruises at 65 mph @ 2500 rpm in overdrive. The New transfer case is mounted in the truck with a One Up Offroad Cross member Cradle. This cradle attaches to the bottom of the frame and is the center of the lift. The cradle also mounts the front radius arms; rear traction bars and adds a truss to the frame under the cab reducing damaging flex. Rear driveline; 1480 joints, 6 slip yoke, balanced work of art. All of the suspension was designed on auto desk Inventor series in solid model 3-D. The concept of this project was to produce a very clean truck that would show that this size tire could be used on a reliable transpiration vehicle. We were hoping to peak interest in customers while still relating to the truck they own. Goal is to get the public to walk away from the truck with good feelings about the truck and not laughing about how it was shiny but completely useless. Over all look of the package is of the utmost importance and attention spent on how all of the components work and look together. Issues like, how & where the tires sit in the wheel wells & how the flares fit the truck were not just left to chance, every detail was planned so that the finish product looked like a production model. Most people have no idea the tires are 46 tall when looking at photos of this truck, they look like the correct size for a full size truck. So when you park next to a Super Duty with a 6 lift and 38s it looks like a ranger. The suspension was designed with the idea the simpler is better and that if the details were correct it did not need to be complicated. Did you name the vehicle? No Is there anything that you would like to add?
